No brother — it will not run on 128MB video memory. The game requires at least 2GB–4GB dedicated VRAM (minimum) and a proper dedicated graphics card like GTX 960 / RX 470 or better. 128MB VRAM is far below the minimum requirement, and even integrated graphics with shared memory won’t be enough for this game.
To run it smoothly, you would need: 8–16GB RAM
Dedicated GPU with 4GB+ VRAM
Modern quad/six-core CPU
With 128MB video memory, unfortunately it’s not playable. 🎮

This happens because of shader optimization. Before playing the game, make sure the shader optimization is completed to 100%. If you’re not sure it finished properly, you can restart it manually. Your PC has an okay processor and RAM, but it is not enough to run Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II (2022) properly. The biggest problems are low storage (you need more than 100GB free) and most importantly the graphics card—if you don’t have at least a GTX 960 or similar, the game will not run or will lag badly. So, without a good GPU and more storage, you won’t be able to play it smoothly.

Brother, I downloaded both game files (the Setup Installer and the Direct-Play Setup), thinking that if the normal setup didn’t work, the Direct-Play Setup might work instead. Unfortunately, both showed the same problem.
The error message says:
“Your operating system Windows 10 Version 1909 (revision 476) is not supported by Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. We recommend upgrading to Windows 10 version 1909 (revision 1350) or newer.”
I also tried copying and replacing all the crack files from the Crack folder, but it still showed the same problem. I installed all the Visual C++ Redistributables included in the crack folder as well.
I updated my Windows, watched the installation video carefully, and disabled my antivirus protection (including adding the game folder to the antivirus exclusions). However, the same problem keeps appearing, and at this point I don’t know what else to do.

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (Version 1909)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9880H CPU @ 2.30GHz
RAM: 32GB
