Escape the Backrooms is a co-op survival horror game developed by Fancy Games and Blackbird Interactive, and published by Secret Mode. Released in full for PC on October 23, 2025, after an earlier Early Access launch in August 2022, it sends one to four players through 30+ eerie levels inspired by Backrooms lore. The game focuses on exploration, puzzles, sanity management, stealth, and escaping deadly entities across unsettling liminal spaces.
