Nova Roma is a 2026 city-building strategy game developed by Lion Shield and published by Hooded Horse. Released in Early Access for PC, it places players in charge of founding a new Roman settlement while managing citizens, supply chains, water systems, and divine favor. Players build dams, aqueducts, temples, and infrastructure as they balance expansion, taxation, fertility, weather risks, and the gods’ wrath.
