No need to reinstall from scratch first. This error usually comes because D3DCompiler_43.dll is missing from DirectX runtime files. First of all disable your ant-Virus and then follow instruction. Well it’s simple install and play setup.

Sabhi parts/files ko ek hi folder mein rakho, phir WinRAR ya 7-Zip se sirf part1.rar par right click karke “Extract Here” ya “Extract to Folder” karo. Baaki files automatically extract ho jayengi, single single extract karne ki zarurat nahi hoti. Extraction complete hone ke baad setup.exe run karke game/install complete kar lo.
