No need to reinstall from scratch first. This error usually comes because D3DCompiler_43.dll is missing from DirectX runtime files. First of all disable your ant-Virus and then follow instruction. Well it’s simple install and play setup.
01. Open โGrand Theft Auto V Legacyโ folder, double click on โSetupโ and install it.
