Brother, GTA: Vice City is an old game, and this issue is common when running it through CrossOver on macOS. Make sure you follow the instructions step by step as given in the post. There is also a video guide in the post—please follow it carefully. Then try running the game in a Windows XP bottle with DirectX installed. If it still shows the “Cannot find video mode 640×480” error, it’s most likely a CrossOver compatibility issue rather than an installation problem. 👍
