    The cutscenes are not coming properly. Whenever the cutscenes come, the sound is not playing. I had the sound problem while playing GTA San Andreas as well.

    they have deleted the cutscenes or some sounds to make the file low mb.so we have to download the sounds or cutscenes. there are turtorials in youtube.
