Reinstall the game, but before extraction and installation, make sure to turn off your antivirus. Antivirus software can block the setup and DLL files, which is why the error occurs.
You can also search on Google for help. Just turn off your antivirus, install the game, and after the first run, you can turn it back on. Alternatively, add the game folder to your antivirus exceptions so it won’t block the setup files.

What can I do know
0xc0000007b usually comes because of missing or mismatched DirectX/Visual C++ files, not because the whole game is broken. Install Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime, install/repair Visual C++ Redistributables, restart PC, and run the game as admin. If it still shows the error, run DISM /RestoreHealth and sfc /scannow. Reinstall the game only as the last option.

The error “The code execution cannot proceed because [file].dll was not found” is typically caused by missing or corrupted Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages. To resolve this, download and install the latest supported Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable packages (both x86 and x64) from the official Microsoft website, or use the “Repair” option in Control Panel > Programs & Features. Just install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages, and all DLL errors will be resolved!
