Brother, that error means you’re missing the DirectX runtime. Please install the DirectX End-User Runtime (June 2010) and also install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables. Then restart your PC and launch the game again. It should fix the XINPUT1_3.dll was not found error. 👍
